Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unopened, and with original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, delivery partner will pickup order from your address. (only applicable for India )

refunds process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
